Quick response to my questions. The instructions were by video, but you had to create a free account with an app to watch. It was free for 5 days, and I didn’t want to sign up for an app and then turn around and cancel it before I got charged. I contacted the seller and she sent me a YouTube link and then answered my remaining questions through Etsy messenger. Hopefully she includes written instructions in the future or her own YouTube link.

I would recommend this to someone who has a little bit of experience. The pattern printed on the fabric doesn’t match the picture, so it’s a bit confusing. I ran out of three threads that I could have used just a bit more of, but the overall finish still looks nice. The hoop is a cheap plastic that I didn’t stitch it in.

So I’ve only just started on this particular DIY kit and so far it’s been, alright? None of the threads are numbered correctly and I ran out of the yellow long before I was half way through the leaves on the trees. Plus side, I got an excuse to use a gold colored floss I had lying around as a sort of undertone? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Shipping was a bit wonky and delayed; the listed sender (I have informed delivery set up for my po box) weirdly changed multiple times.
